Shipping policy

Our greatest priority is to ship your order the same day it is received, Monday through Friday. If your order is received after 3 pm EST, every effort will be made to ship your order within 48 hours. Orders submitted after 3 pm on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday. All orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS, or DHL.

Shipping charges are disclosed at the time of purchase and all tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information promptly, please check your email’s junk folder or reach out to us by email at info@siccycles.com
